There are many differences and similarities between houses on Duncan and Arla However I think the house on the Duncan is better that house on Arla because the house on Duncan have something advance that Arla don’t have this reason I think house on Duncan is better.

House on Duncan and House on Arla have many similarities. First, House on Duncan has 6 bedrooms Similarly to Arla because Arla have 6 bedrooms. Second, Duncan and Arla have both have carports. Third, They both cast same price $90,00.

There are many differences between house on Duncan and house on Arla. The house on Duncan made of brick, On the other hand the house of Arla made of wood. House on the Duncan has a big yard but the house on Arla doesn’t have any yard. House on the Duncan has to pay low heating bills however house on the Arla have to pay high heating bills.

In conclusion, I think both house are good but if I had to buy any one of these house I would like to choose house on the Duncan because house on the Duncan coast same price as house on the Arla. House on the Duncan cost low heating bills than Arla. These reason I would like choose the house that on the Duncan.

My two friends

It’s a difficult too write about my two friends because they have many things same. Reazul and Hassan have same background but different parents. Equally both of my friends have same lifestyle.

Reazul, the fat one, he has black curly hair, his skin black and he is look like a strong. His background from Bangladesh. . He live in Astoria NY. After school most of the time he go to park. He likes to play soccer always in park.

My friend Hassan,on the other hand he looks more serious than Reazul. He is short, black hair and black eyes. He lives in Woodside NY. He likes to play basketball. When he got free time or in after school he likes to go Mspace.

In contrast they both have the same choice . Reazul like to wear T-Shirt same as Hassan. He like to wear T-shirt too. Reazul like Black colar Similarly to hassan he lke black color too. Also both of them went to same school.

In conclusion, Reazul and hassan they both have many similarities and different. Both of them have same lifstyle. Only one thing they both have different was their parents.

Advantage of Reading

We always think only one question, what is the advantage of reading? There are many reasons people should read. People should read because it helps them to improve in English. It helps them to be a better reader and it helps people get better jobs. For these reasons people should read books.

First of all, Reading helps people to learn English and improve in English. For example, there are many words we don’t know so when we read a book, we learn these words. If we don’t know the meaning of the word we are going to write it and then look it up in the dictionary, which helps us to learn new word and meaning of the word.

In addition, Reading helps people to get a better reader. For instance, in school you have to read better otherwise you can’t pass ESL or regents. Also reading is one way that helps you to write a better essay. For example, when you read a book, it helps you to get new ideas and when you get new ideas you can use all these ideas and write a better essay.

Reading helps you get a good job. For instance, if want to get a good job you have to read better because if you get good job there are many things you have to read aloud in front of other people so if you can’t read they are not going to hire you because you don’t know how to read. If they hire you they have to lose lots of money because nobody come to their company all people that they hire they don’t how to read, they don’t understand people what they explain them.

In conclusion, I think reading is very important. We have to read otherwise we can’t succeed in the future. Reading is very important. If we don’t read books we can’t learn better English, if we don’t learn English we can’t get better job. Many people think that reading is not so important. I think they should think more and then say this sentence.

What is an American? An American is someone who loves their country and the people in it and believes in bettering their own lives as well as lives of those around them. Immigrants bring to U.S strong family structures. There are many ways immigrants people help U.S. Also Immigrant people are positive for U.S economy. They help U.S economy to improve more. Immigrants help America to be America by being a multicultural society. People all around the world have only one dream, which is to come to America

Many Americans say, "Immigration is a threat to our economy”. To them, immigrants come to this country and steal their jobs. They work longer hours for less thus they bring the minimum wage down. Native Americans connot compete with them because the bosses want to hire immigrants who are willing to work with no benefit for less. They also believe that, immigrant’s children go to school for free. They get free medical. For instance, let's take a man who comes to America from Bangladesh. When he first comes from Bangladesh he works in an industry and he makes some money and then he saves some of money and opens a small Bengali or Indian restaurant. The restaurant makes outstanding business. After ten years this man owns twelve restaurants in U.S and he gives many people jobs in his restaurants so he helps the U.S. economy to grow more in. Many Americans believe that immigrants are burden to the economy because they get free medical. All immigrant students go to school for free. They don’t have to pay money. Because of these reasons they think that immigrants are burden to U.S economy but what they don’t understand is that immigrants work very hard. Most immigrants pay taxes but some of them don’t because they are not legal so make them legal then, if they don't pay taxes Americans can say that immigrants are a threat to American economy.

Many Americans don’t like immigrants because many immigrants have different traditions, culture, and language. The Americans are afraid that their culture might be in danger. They way of their living might change due to so many cultures around. What they don’t want to understand is that the more diversity there is in a country, the richer that country’s culture becomes. Besides, America is a nation of immigrants and its culture should reflect that too.

Immigrants are helping America to be a rich and better country in the world. Immigrants people are not working hard just for their families and their children, they work hard for helping U.S to be a better country. Many Americans think that if any immigrant can't learn about American culture they should leave this country. That means that all immigrants must learn about this culture and forget about their own culture. I don’t think this is a good idea because a person who forgets his own culture is one who doesn’t have a past. I believe one can add to American culture a lot if he or she is not forced to forget abut their culture.

In conclusion, I think immigrants are very important part of U.S. Immigrants improve the economy in America. They work hard just for a better future. The more cultural diversity there is in America, the better it is for the country. Individual cultures can add to the American culture. At last, I think Americans should not ignore immigrants or one day they may have to fall behind other developing countries.

My first school is I.S235. When I was first went to I.S235 it was very special day for me because this is my first school in U.S. When I was first go to school I was very scare because I don’t know anybody in this school. I don’t speak English so I was really scare. When I went to school very body make fun of me because they knows that I am new. After school I went back to home and I tell my mom I don’t want to go school anymore. She tells me why. I tell her that everybody make fun of me. Then she told me go to school everyday then none of them are make fun of you. If you stop going to school and they make more fun of you. And Next day when I went to school nobody make fun of me. They talk to me all of them are my good friend they help with everything. I don’t speak English so they explain me everything that I don’t understand. After one year they transfer me another school because this school for kids who is new came to U.S and don’t speak English. Then I went to I.S204. After one year I graduated in high School and new school information Technology High School. When I remember these things I always laugh.

Life in 2020 essay

Life will change in many ways in 2020.Technology will improve our lives. Schools are going to change. For instance: now, we have to come school but in 2020, students won't have to come to school. People are going to change. For instance we do all the housework ourselves at home but in 2020, robots will do it for us. New electronics will be discovered. The technology will make people’s life easier on the other hand it will make them lazy.

Technology will improve a lot in the future. In past, people didn't know how to use a computer. They didn't have computers at home. They didn't have. If any people wanted to read a newspaper they had to go to store and buy a newspaper then they could read it but now if any body wants to read a newspaper, they don't have to go to a store, they can go to internet and they can read a newspaper online. They can do this at home too. This means that life in 2020 will be more different from present. Maybe people will get the news transferred to their brains via Internet.



In the future, schools will be more different from present. For example in the past there was no computers in schools but now in there are a lot of computers in schools. In 2020 robots will be teachers and they will explain them if students don't understand something. People are going to change. For example: Now in present we have to do all work in our house but in future robots are going to do everything. They are going to clean the house, and cook. They going to do everything that you need to do in your home. Now you have to drive your car but in the future you don't need to do it because in 2020 there will be flying cars.

In 2020, new medicine will be discovered and it will save a lot of people’s lives. The medicine will cure the Aids virus and cancer so people will live longer and healtier.

I think life in 2020 will be different from present because of new technology. Technology will be more advance in future. It will make people’s lives more comfortable which will make them a little lazy.

Characters: The characters of the book are slavery people. They are very unhappy because they have to do hard work. If they did something wrong the master beat them and cut of there finger and put salt on the finger. If any slave sick he have to do work until he die because if he don’t do it the master will beat him. Also his child has to do same work as he did and if he did work his children don’t have to work hard the master will gave him a good job.

I think they should read this story because we don’t know many things about the Ancient Greece and Rome. For example, before I read this book I don’t know that in the earliest time people called Greece to Hellas After I read this book I know that people called Hellas to Greece so if I don’t read this book I don’t know about this. These reason I tell them to read maybe they can find many facts that they don’t know about Ancient Greece and Rome.

Why did you decide to read this book?
I decide to read this book because in my social study class we learning about Greece and Rome. When I learning about this I think its very interesting and I think if I read this book it can help me learn more about Greece and Rome slaves, how their lives. Also how they became a slave.

A Plot Summary: The plot of the book is Slaves and their life. It’s interesting because it have many facts about slave’s life. For instance, many people are used to be free. They are from different country but the slave traders gave them many good offer. The slave traders tell them to give good job and take them to Ancient Greece and Rome. After that they sell them to slave master.

Here Are Two Things That Really Made Me Like This Book:
1)A gladiator fight for his life against a hungry Lion
2)The earliest people called Greece to Hellas
